The House on Sorority Row
Why this pick
This shares the sorority setting, female ensemble, old secret, and polished stalk-and-slash momentum, with an ominous campus-adjacent atmosphere close to The Initiation.
03
Final Exam
Why this pick
Its isolated college campus and unhurried buildup echo The Initiation's specifically collegiate unease, letting ordinary student routines become increasingly exposed and threatening.
04
Happy Birthday to Me
Why this pick
For the blend of privileged-school setting, psychological instability, and whodunit tension, this delivers an equally glossy Canadian slasher with a stronger emphasis on fractured memory and suspicion.
05
Girls Nite Out
Why this pick
Its college environment, group of young women, and nighttime pursuit make it a natural companion, retaining the scrappy regional-slasher feel and campus-set vulnerability of The Initiation.
