Why this pick
A breezy teen time-loop comedy with a more tender, thoughtful core; it shares Premature’s reset-day premise, awkward coming-of-age energy, and escalating chances to get one important day right.
Why this pick
Another high-schooler repeatedly relives a disastrous day, but with a reflective emotional angle. Its looping structure turns social embarrassment and consequences into a satisfying coming-of-age reckoning.
Why this pick
Its sharp, messy adolescent voice and painfully funny humiliations fit Premature’s cringe-comedy spirit, while giving its anxious teenager genuine emotional stakes and warmth.
Why this pick
For the hyperactive side of Premature: a wildly stylized high-school comedy that piles absurd disasters, genre pivots, and time-bending chaos onto teen awkwardness.
Why this pick
A broad, shameless school comedy about reinvention after humiliation. It matches Premature’s irreverent teen perspective, social catastrophes, and willingness to push awkward situations very far.

01 / THE STORY
Rob Crabbe is a regular, awkward high school student. On a particular day, Rob has a college-entrance interview that could change his life. As Rob wakes up from a wet dream, his mother walks into his room and asks Rob to clean his linens after she sees them stained obviously with semen. The interview is for admittance to Georgetown University (the alma mater of Rob's parents) and during the interview Jack Roth (the interviewer) bursts into tears because his wife recently died. A number of events, like Rob's crotch being hit by another student with a water pistol and a minor bicycle/auto incident, occur to further mess up Rob's day.
