Why this pick
Pyun brings the same scrappy, neon-future energy to a cybernetically enhanced fighter pushed through a lean, action-first conspiracy plot.
Why this pick
A stripped-down post-apocalyptic chase with cyborg threats, martial-arts combat, and the same B-movie futurist texture that makes Nemesis distinctive.
Why this pick
Another raw Albert Pyun future nightmare: damaged urban ruins, human-machine menace, and an aggressively direct survival-action pace.
Why this pick
Its rain-soaked future city, hard-bitten antihero, and frantic pursuit-driven momentum make it a strong companion to Nemesis’s grimy sci-fi thriller mode.
Why this pick
For Nemesis’s industrial cyberpunk mood, this offers a harsher, more claustrophobic vision of invasive technology and mechanical menace.

01 / THE STORY
In the near future, illegal androids have become commonplace, and many criminals will enhance themselves with cybernetic components, making them "more than human". Alex Raine (Olivier Gruner) is a disillusioned assassination for the Los Angeles Police Department. During a routine mission, he is attacked by a group of cyborg freedom fighters known as The Red Army Hammerheads. Nearly killed by the surviving leader, Rosaria (Jennifer Gatti), Alex resists her assertion that he is a mindless robot: "Eighty-six point five percent [of him] is still human."
