Why this pick
Its coolly composed professional criminals, spare dialogue and sudden bursts of danger echo Fulltime Killer’s stylised Hong Kong underworld, while placing even more weight on loyalty within a tightly observed team.
Why this pick
A sleek, fatalistic hitman drama built around rival assassins, shifting loyalties and exquisitely staged gunplay. It shares Fulltime Killer’s heightened cool and melancholy beneath the action.
Why this pick
For the meticulous assassin angle: this is a tense, urban Hong Kong thriller about killings engineered to look incidental, with an increasingly paranoid, controlled atmosphere rather than blunt action.
Why this pick
Its emotionally charged contract killer, cop-criminal pursuit and operatic action provide a more romantic, sincere counterpart to Fulltime Killer’s assassin mythology and cinematic gunplay.
Why this pick
A poised enforcer is pulled into escalating danger in this visually immaculate neo-noir. Its lonely professionalism, dark glamour and explosive reversals strongly suit Fulltime Killer’s mood.
